Whether one is alone, in a family group, in an ashram, or at a main Puja, whether it is an ordinary day or special occasion, one can employ diverse formulas using the procedures here outlined. Not all the steps discussed are always necessary:

Here are basic starting procedures on which one can elaborate

1. At home, on an ordinary day

The shortest formula: No 1 - 9 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 22 - 23 - 25 or 26 - 27 <download PDF file PUJA1 (123K)>

Puja to Shri Ganesha: No 1 - 8 - 9 - 11 to 16 - 26 - 27 <download PDF file PUJA2 (123K)>

2. A Puja among Sahaja Yogis on a special occasion

(for instance when Mother is in a particular place performing Puja, or on a day of celebration)

No 1 to 3 - 5 / 6 - 8 to 13 or 14 - 15 / 16

then No 17 to 19 - 22 to 27 <download PDF file PUJA3 (123K)>

3. A large Puja to Shri Ganesha

No 1 to 10 - 11 to 15 - 22 to the end <download PDF file PUJA4 (123K)>

In principle one should offer the Panchamrut to the Goddess whether it is Shri Gauri, Shri Lakshmi or Shri Mother.

If a Puja is performed to Shri Ganesha one does not do this part.

One should invoke the Goddess or Mother with a mantra. In the case of a Puja to a God, Shri Vishnu for example, one starts by venerating Shri Ganesha then Shri Vishnu then the Goddess at the moment of the Panchamrut.
